Internal Medicine Associates is pleased to welcome Chris LaFollette, M.D. to the practice of Family Medicine. Dr. LaFollette completed his undergraduate education at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana before graduating from the Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his family medicine residency at St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis. Dr. LaFollette served as the Chief Medical Resident in 2007 and 2008.

Dr. LaFollette joins Drs. Colin Chang, Melissa Hullinger, James LaFollette, Michael Porvaznik, Lori Thompson and nurse practitioner Ursula Penrose at the Dr. Jean Creek Primary Care Center, 2605 East Creek’s Edge Drive.
