Duties/Responsibilities:

A Full or Part Time Physical Therapist is needed for Physical Therapy. Duties include providing a variety of medical services to help individuals who have been injured or physically affected by illness to recover or improve function. You must be able to evaluate a patient.s condition and devise a customized physical rehabilitation and treatment plan to enhance strength, flexibility, range of motion, motor control, and reduce any pain, discomfort and swelling the patient is experiencing.

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited school and have a current Indiana license. Must be able to work in a fast paced, highly energetic environment, and have the ability to multi-task. Must have a positive, friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Notes:

Must have been in your current position at least 6 months to apply. (Occasional exceptions have been made if an earlier move is beneficial for everyone involved.)
